In close collaboration with the Africa Association at the University of St. Gallen, we are honored to moderate the upcoming Luxury Panel Discussion featuring Sekou Coulibaly, President Chamber of Commerce France Ghana, who worked for 15 years at L'Oréal in France.

The session will cover a range of important topics, including the role of technology in promoting sustainable practices and innovation in the luxury goods industry, strategies for building sustainable and inclusive economies in Africa while promoting luxury goods, and the importance of cross-cultural communication as well as understanding in promoting sustainable and responsible practices in the industry.

Main topic of the event will be “The Intersection of Luxury Watchmaking and Motorsports Engineering: A Case Study of the Tag Heuer and Porsche Product Collaboration.”.

The collaboration between Tag Heuer and Porsche has created a unique synergy between the worlds of luxury watchmaking and motorsports engineering. This talk will explore how these two iconic brands came together to produce a line of chronographs that blend Tag Heuer's expertise in precision timekeeping with Porsche's expertise in high-performance automotive design.​

Announcing the next speaker event at the HSG Campus: An immersive seminar led by Peter Hürzeler, CEO of Oceans Independence, on the fascinating and complex world of the yacht industry. Ocean Independence is one of the largest superyacht brokerage firms in the world; global leader in luxury yachting - specialized in yacht sales, charter, new building as well as management.

Mrs. Boghossian completed her Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management at the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève (EHG).

"INTO THE WILD" is an installation which is conceived as a cultural happening that travels around the world. From November 19th to December 24th, Cartier will present its iconic collection Panthère at Bahnhofsstrasse 47 in Zurich. This ephemeral and immersive experience provides the visitors with the opportunity to follow the panther through time, forms and space to the intimate details of a savoir faire, that has now become their signature.

On the 9th of December, the FLUX and its members will travel to Zurich to attend this exquisite Boutique Visit, leaving 14:58 from St.Gallen to Zurich. After the visits of the exhibition (starting at 16:15), we gladly invite the members to join us for the Christmas Market at Bellevue.

For this next speaker event, we are thrilled and honored to welcome Alexander Lanaras, Senior Business Development Manager of BUCHERER. Together we will discuss the topic around the market situation, their competitors and its trends. Mainly focusing on certified pre-owned at Bucherer, Mr. Lanaras will also enlighten us with a short introduction into the group itself, as well as career opportunities and a chance to extend your knowledge on the industry firsthand through a Q&A with an expert from this market segment.

Qualified as Business Development Expert in Retail and Luxury, Alexander Lanaras currently works as Senior Business Development Manager for BUCHERER, in addition to having obtained valuable work experience as Senior Manager of Retail Capital Partners AG, Senior Project Manager in Business Development of Dufry Group, Head of Business Development for Jelmoli, as well as Product Manager of IWC Schaffhausen. Mr. Lanaras completed his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the Université de Genève, and after spending an exchange term at WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) in Vienna, he graduated with a master’s degree in International Economics & Politics at University of St. Gallen (HSG).
